Short version: no accounts, no tracking cookies. Guest orders stay in your browser unless you email them to us.

What we store
- In your browser only: your saved collection, recent searches, theme preference and any guest order confirmation, kept in local storage. We do not receive them unless you email an order to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- Emails you send us: if you contact us or email a guest order, we keep the correspondence to answer you, issue the payment request and for as long as needed for that contract.
Guest checkout
Ordering Premium or Team does not create an account. The checkout form asks for your name, email, phone and billing address, and for the card brand (Visa or Mastercard) you intend to pay with. It does not ask for a card number, expiry date or security code. Those details stay in your browser so you can reopen the confirmation. They reach us only when you send the order email.
Third-party requests
Icon images and search results load directly from the public Iconify API hosts (api.iconify.design, api.simplesvg.com, api.unisvg.com). Like any web request, these servers receive your IP address and browser user-agent. Sharing buttons open X (Twitter) or Reddit only when you click them.
Cookies
IconVaults stores a language preference cookie (iv-locale) when you choose English or Bulgarian. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД). Write to info@iconvaults.com.
